Dr. Mona Bhan, a Board certified Ophthalmologist, has practiced in the Milford and Franklin areas of Massachusetts with the Milford-Franklin Eye Center and is now practicing at The Eye Center in Framingham. Dr. Bhan specializes in Cataract Surgery, Adult and Pediatric Ophthalmology and is Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Bhan is also licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Medicine to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Dr. Bhan has successfully performed thousands of eye surgeries in the Metrowest area.

Patients in the Milford, Bellingham, Franklin, Whitinsville and adjoining areas can also consult Dr. Bhan at the Milford Eye Care (by calling 508 478 3600) which she visits at least once a week.

If you would like your surgeries performed closer to home at the familiar Metrowest hospital, most doctors in Framingham do not perform surgeries there. However, Dr Bhan is one of the very few surgeons who performs her surgeries in Framingham.

In addition to performing most of her surgeries in Metrowest hospital in Framingham, Dr. Bhan also performs surgeries at Surgisite Boston which provides you with a safe, affordable alternative to the traditional hospital-based system of vision care. Transportation to and from home is also provided to the center, making it extremely convenient for patients.

Dr. Lawrence Rand is a Board certified Ophthalmologist and specialist in Diabetic eye care. He has a special interest in Diabetes, other medical Retinal diseases and laser surgery of the Retina. Dr. Rand is also licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Medicine to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The Eye Center would like to welcome the former patients of Dr. Bernard L. McGowan of The McGowan Eye Care Center. The patient records and charts for Dr. McGowan's patients are at The Eye Center and we are seeing Dr. McGowan's patients due to his retirement.
